The job duties of the position include: Overall responsibility for Valve Train Components and Chain manufacturing unit including maintaining production levels to meet customer requirements; direct, manage, and support department managers in their activities regarding production, scrap reduction, or productivity projects; implement programs in safety, cost reduction, process improvement, employee development, quality control and environmental compliance; provide direction for capital investment projects; supervise manufacturing of all products with responsibility to ensure meeting customer and financial commitments; responsible for improvements in equipment utilization, cycle time reductions, and overall planning to ensure timely and efficient production; initiate the planning and implementation of programs to track and improve production rates, quality and costs; direct the production activities to assure adherence to plant quality program; troubleshoot process problems, and recommend and implement solutions; write and/or review operating methods and procedures for plan processes; direct the production activities to assure safety and environmental compliance; provide employee training to develop employee skills; and give direction for future production layouts, labor, and material flows in accordance to the lean manufacturing principles. 5-10% of domestic and international travel.
Ten years of experience in the job offered or in operations/production management in the automotive industry, plus experience in: Automotive Quality Requirements, Process Management and Auditing Systems; working with the Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Management of the customer to proactively avoid roadblocks in the ramp-up phase or day-to-day business; preparing Financial Budgets (Production Credit, Margins, ROI & Profitability Analysis , Profit & Loss); and production technologies including Forming, Turning, Heat Treatment, Grinding, Milling, Assembly, End of Line Tests and related Quality Gages & Strategies to ensure Process Capabilities as required in Automotive Industry.
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, or related field.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
