Summary:
Set up and style change m/c, hang warps in m/c, sley and thread guide bars, change and time pattern wheels, build, pattern chains.
Helps operator run m/c parts in production as required.
Needles, cl osures, start up and knit sample styles as necessary.
Tape beams in and out as necessary, do major mechanical repairs or overhauls as directed.
Clean and grease m/c.
Perform routine PM's weekly.
Responsible for good housekeeping and safety.
Dailey inspections of all cloth and machines to help prevent running of possible defects and off quality.
Informs supervisor of any machine related problem, yarn problem or conditions that require attention.
